I've been a part of the audio section of NG for the past like 10 months, and I've only seen a hip hop song on the list like once or twice. It's allways, classical, trance/techno, DnB, or Video game. i mean the Obliterate the Oppostion song by Cajete had an incredible score and many votes but it was still beat by some techno, DnB, video game song. I mean, techno and trance are good in all, but let's be honest, a lot of the songs in that category sound really similar, specifically trance. All I'm saying is to get some hip hop on there. Not mine, but like the really good artists, you know? Just to change up the portal a bit and bring more people into hip hop, cause quite frankly, NG is made up of mostly electronic and VG music lovers, which isn't bad, but I think Hip Hop deserves a bit more attention. Anyway, that's just my rant if you have anything to say to make me look stupid, go ahead, if you have anything to back me up on, go ahead of the others, lmao.

Well, if it wasn't for a glitch on the server, LastEncore would've been forgotten like alot of other people. He got lucky with his first track being stuck at #1 in the HH section for like 6 days. He's a good producer and all, just kinda overshadows a lot of other people who work just as hard as he does. And as far as the top 5, I don't even pay attention to that shit cuz of that shit Seven-Too-Five posted up. =\

Top 5 = bullshit tbh. There were at least 3 or 4 stolen songs on there a few times (but the top 5 is determined by user votes so HMMM).
I do see some hip hop songs appear on the frontpage from time to time tho. You can request some good hip hop songs to Rucklo since he's the one who picks the frontpage audio. Just don't request your own stuff or you'll get banned or called a self-whorer or something lol.

Not that I really like hip hop in particular but for sure the top lists need more variety.
You should also check out LastEncore, he's a great hip hop (but he focuses on RnB) like Cajete and definetly deserves the top 5 but always gets his songs downrated right before Wednesday :(

Yea, LastEncore. Dude's amazing. But I dunno, I guess because we have less HH fans in the portal, the 0s have more effect on our songs, in comparison to let's say, techno. =/
